Our beautiful baby while travelling through Bulgaria and Romania. A slow old lady that proved to be indispensible

Without this old lady we would never have been able to see and do all those great -off the beaten track- excursions, what a blessing is was. over time we will include a few photo's but for now our focus is on our upcoming USA trip. Please however feel free to ask questions, ask advice, etc and we will respond as best we can.

The beginning, or is it?. I started this blog in 2012 but never did do anything with it until now. Since then we have traveled to Bulgaria, Romania and earlier this year ( 2014) to USA . Our travels mostly Eastern Seabard.

Hi, just a few pic's  ...also see   www.bulgariabeds.webs.com.  Bulgaria was to be our European base from where we could / would experience Eastern Europe into the future. It was also envisaged to become our "home" IF indeed life in SA became to scary, unpredictably unsafe, etc. Sadly though, we would never know it until it is too late. Always thinking and hoping that SA would realign itself with normality and sanity. Until then I guess we will remain like frogs being placed in water which is slowly heated until boiling point where by which time it will be to late to change our destiny. :(  :(  .

Hopefully someone will turn OFF the HEAT real soon !!!!  Its getting uncomfortable in here !!

Anyway the reason for the above explanation is so iIdon't have to return to the Old web site and update ( lazy maybe but more so because I forgot the site password, he, he)  So forgive me as I populate this new improved and up-to-date blog started in 2012 but never pursued until now. Since 2012 we have traveled through Bulgaria, Romania and more recently USA Eastern Seaboard (early  2014).

Our next trip is hopefully a return to USA for a more extensive journey of approx 20 000 km. The idea is to travel East to West. 1st to travel South until Miami, then across to New Orleans, Grand Canyon, etc, etc....... more info to come
